Matrescence & Motherhood Coaching Calls
These are perfect for the mum who is desiring some extra support but may not be wanting to commit to the monthly containers. In these sessions we can cover an array of different areas, depending on what it is YOU are needing in that moment. Some of the areas we can cover but not limited to are:

Identity changes: explore who you are now, your own identity shifts and changes since becoming a mother, so you no longer feel "lost" and can feel confident in embracing these new aspects and parts of you.

Matrescene awareness & education: help you understand what it is, the different domains of change and why it matters; which will help you have a deeper understanding for it and most importantly help you have a deeper understanding for yourself and your own unique experience.

Your values: values can change when you become a mum as your priorities, time and energy now differ. Discover your values are and what really matters to you most. Be able to then make choices and decisions that are aligned for you and your family.

Self compassion: quieting that inner critic to help you stop being so harsh on yourself. To let go of comparison, mum guilt or feelings of “not enoughness” - and instead to begin treating yourself with a deeper sense of love and compassion. We can explore beliefs around the "perfect mother" and any you may hold that aren’t supporting you and help you develop a greater relationship with yourself.

Redefining success: support you in getting clear on what success means for you now for the season of motherhood that you are in. As mothers your version of success pre motherhood can look completely different to what your life looks like as a mum. Being able to redefine success allows you to feel more at peace with yourself/your life.

Expectations of yourself: explore the expectations you currently hold for yourself, your baby and your experience and whether these are realistic of if you are setting unrealistic expectations. Being able to get clear on your expectations can help with accepting where your at and releases not feeling like you are doing or being "enough".

Navigate your imagined experience of motherhood vs what your actual lived experience is. As mothers our imagined experience can sometimes be far from our lived experience and being able to acknowledge and process this is important.

Nervous system support: find ways to soothe your own nervous system throughout your day. Motherhood can be overstimulating and demanding, which is why learning ways to decompress and calm your nervous system positively impacts your mind, body and soul.

Build your inner authority: tapping into your truth, letting go of the “should's” and quieting the external voices. Instead encouraging you to tune into your own needs and desires, not what the world wants or expects from you.

Healthy daily habits: looking holistically at all areas of your life such as: food, movement, relationships, joy, spirituality, career, home environment, purpose ect. Incorporating sustainable changes so you feel more energised and happy within yourself.
