Have you heard of Matrescence before?
Matrescence is the developmental process of becoming a mother.
It is the word that finally acknowledges and explains the huge transition and transformation that a women goes through when she becomes a mother. Similar to adolescence, Matrescence is a time of physical, emotional, social and physcological changes. It is often a time of both growth and turbulence as a women experiences many changes across all areas her life. Unlike adolescence, Matrescence can last forever - beginning from preconception, through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the many years beyond.
Lillee was phenomenal. I was through one of the worst time of my life and having that hour a week to connect with myself and be able to create goals and have someone to talk to and someone who believes in me was honestly life changing and I couldn't thank Lillee enough! If you are considering Lillee as a coach do yourself a favour and do it! She's amazing and I'll be forever thankful.
